On the nose cherry, earth, coffee bean, and some floral notes. Flavors of red cherry, soil, and some herbaceousness. Finishes with smooth red fruit and medium plus tannins. A nice super Tuscan. No description of the varietals on the bottle. I would guess sangiovese, merlot, and a bit of cab (sauv vs franc?).

Pretty tannic and one dimensional but good structure. Stands up well to rich or spicy pasta sauces. Bet it will be really solid in ten years.
