Really don't know what the fuss is about. I rarely find a Malbec I like... The few I have liked have been complex with an interesting profile of flavors and expensive. This is none of those things. I even tried waiting until it had been open a day, and also decanted to see if it would help. I'm just getting flat fruit and alcohol. Bummer.

This is a pleasantly surprising find. Incredible value, definite crowd pleaser. Big dark fruit, very well balanced, clean and clear example of the varietal and region. Well done Costco.

Beautifully soft and integrated tannins with med + acid. Blackberry/black currant, hint of wood and iron. Classic violet/leafy nose. Very good.

Great drink for the asking price. Will certainly buy another bottle and aerate as noted below

Mixing things up on Fourth of July chilling this Malbec at 55 degrees. Yes, it's a free country! Even my wife thought this was a great alternative to beer on a hot day.

Pop and pour through an aerator.

NOSE:battery acid …strawberry. Raspberry. Ehh.

TASTE: a little lightweight, anonymous, and fruity - red fruit, mostly. Inoffensive, but not worth trying again for the price. 86.
