Gigondas Red Rhone Blend

Good but not particularly noteworthy. Grenache for the American palate. Cherry, cooked plum, and rock aromas.

Ripe, but not showy. Little to no oak. Lacks complexity and freshness, but not bad wine.

2015 vintage. Nice nose, some pepper, spice and oak. Don't recall when I picked this up or how much.

Very pleasant, fruity and very little tannins

I bit to much cooked plum for my taste. Still great with dark chocolate

This wine took over an hour to open up so a decant is a must. Fairly subtle, dry, hints of raspberry, cherry, and licorice. Firm tannins. Needs red meat and went well with the supreme pizza. $15 @ Costco.

Notes of cherry and minerality. Not bad for $14

This was really nice. Smooth and balanced, a nice mix of flavors. Really mellowed out on day 2.

Damn good representation of Gigondas terroir. Impressive QPR at $15.

Nice cherry French blend- the Syrah stands out a lot to me. Mineral finish, a fun bottle for easy drinking
