Jun 5th, 2018Has really developed nicely. It’s been about 2 years since the last time I opened one of these. Loads of red fruit, raspberry, earthy, woody, spicy. Tannins more reigned in, but still prominent, very structured, very chewy, very long finish. Will be interesting to see where it goes in another couple of years.

Jan 31st, 2020Decanted 45 min. Bouquet of cedar and cigar box and spices. 40 min later the bouquet had shifted to intense raspberry purée. Flavours of cherry, plum, raspberry, tar, earth, tobacco. Strong tannins and great acidity. This is great. Especially with roast lamb, potatoes with rosemary and olive oil and veg.
