Green apples, lemon verbena, light butter and toasty biscuit aromas, medium mouthfeel offset by buoyant acid. Light butter and lemon verbena persist on the palate with a bone like calcified back note. Love the wines from this house. Their pinots are amazing too. And the Sauvignon blancs? 90 cases, so leave these to me, please.
