Deep Ruby with aromas of ripe berry fruits with gamey spice. On the palate flavors of ripe blackberry and dried cherry with smoky oak and black pepper spice. Medium+ finish, fine tannins ending with spicy character. Nice value!

More immediate than the 2012 with lots of bold fruit and smokiness, including a smoked meat note, that are flat-our delicious. Ultimately think 2012's obviously cooler climate will provide a more complex and alluring wine, but this is still worth every penny.

More acid than I expected with floral notes of violet to complement the black fruits and slight pepperiness. Give this one a little time and I think you'll have a stellar bottle of wine.

High acidity Syrah from Casablanca Valley, freshness and black fruit, not as good as other wines of this producer...
