Purchased at the estate to try out after our tasting. Pure golden yellow, not at the same level of intensity as a Sauternes or Vin de Constance. Nose was covered in dried apricots, light pineapple and complex floral notes. Not syrupy thick but a decent viscosity. Lots of honeysuckle and dried white fruits. Moderate body with a delicate finish. Drink till 2023. 305 cases produced.
