The elements are out of whack at this juncture - the brandy sticks out, as does the new oak. Lacks density in the mid-palate. Alcohol dominates the mouthfeel. I would call it an LBV style, which should be ready to drink upon release. Could work well with chocolate.

Fav port ever. Very bold with 90% petit Verdot. Oak, vanilla, cherries.

Interesting port style wine. Brandy and oak stand out. Petite Verdot used in this one. Smooth and easy to drink but may may be a bit too fruity and sweet for some. Lots of "chocolate notes."

Very jammy and slightly oily. Very reminiscent of a strong fruited BA imperial stout like backyard rye
