Good value, nicely balanced with plum, cherry and tobacco. Pleasant finish. Must aerate. Joel Gott is an even better value Pinot Noir IMHO.

Aug 29th, 2020Very nice. Somewhat, austere but balanced, herbal, dried fruits, leather, leaves; paired well with pork tenderloin, plantains and sweet potatoes.

Mar 24th, 2020Astringent and muddy fruit; overall, just off. Of course we just had a lovely Adelshiem Willamette Pinot Noir which was excellent, so that may be coloring our feelings about this one.
Much better re-opened and sampled again the next day! Softer, rounder and the astringent bite is finally gone. Maybe it just needed more time to breathe?
Softer and smoother after being opened for about an hour. I'd rate how it tastes after an hour higher than it's initial bite and confusion.

Mar 5th, 2020Nice aroma, nice flavors, a pleasant drink. Slight tartness forward. Smooth berry at the end.
