Lovely and very drinkable Pinot Gris! To me it tastes dry, crisp and mineral-y but with some fruit and floral notes.

Has a faint fragrance of apple and pear…
Drinks pretty well, that is light and crisp. Has light flavors of apple, straw and oak…and is not acidic.
Has a nice and clean finish.

Bright, crisp flavors. Rose petal on the nose highlights aromas of Asian pear and ripe cantaloupe. Flavors of fresh pear and Fuji apple. These mingle on the mid-palate, rounding out a medium bodied mouthfeel with a refreshing, bright finish. Amazing both in and accompaning Pinot Gris Butter, Spinach and Scallops.

Fruity, a bit rich from sweetness. Comfortable acidity is stimulating my tongue, then throat later. Apple. Lower temperature is better. First sip is quite good! 2017 @650, Kping - XH, 200327-200402
