From the first nose, it is really nice. 2018 vintage! I like this sauvignon blanc. Made by Japanese couple in NZ.

Slightly fruity aroma. Acidic. No rough taste. Its delicate taste selects glass shape, so it is difficult to taste its real taste without a specific SB glass. For the last one glass, I could use Redel SV glass. Even though two hours passed, still have a good aroma and taste. This is making grassy taste mixed with its sweetness and acidity and create balanced taste. @850, Wine lover - Tmoto, 171028-180312
