Jul 2nd, 2016Medium body, almost dry, high acidity. Tastes like stone fruit (peaches, mango), with overarching pineapple, some grass, and a hint of butterscotch. A good one.

Feb 1st, 2016It's a joy to find a true morillon, a true unoaked Chardonnay with the body of white burgundy and the floral touch of a good Sauvignon blanc. But what is truly great about this wine is the subtle hint of yeast from the nose to the finish. I'm buying a case tomorrow.
