Doesn't go with Guacamole, but cheese, Chorizo and crackers = yes. Strong tannins with initial tasting, lots of licorice, cedar, spices, blackberry and cocoa. Food didn't make it better or worse so is say drink by itself and drink fast. The nice finish only lasts the first hour or so.
