Nouveau Leon Millot

Feather light in terms of body, there is juicy, cranberry and red cherry fruit character here but also a savory, oregano-herb quality that brings just a little complexity. It’s quite soft but also tingly with acid (and some residual CO2 I think). I think I liked the 2014 — which had a bit more body and concentration — a bit more, but not by a wide margin. #nywine #flxwine

Odd nose but bright and light

Soft and fruity. cherries and a little cassis. Faintly floral on the nose. No carbonic but still has some of that character. #flxwine #nywine #wine

Nouveau!!!!

Fruity, angular. Fun for a-go this time of year. Super easy and one dimensional.

Super aromatic. And great structure. Integrated unobstructed but solid tannins.

First time for this vineyard and region. Better than I expected.

Awesome red. Pepper to the nose with a perfect smooth bite in the middle followed by another smooth but dry finish. KLV and Dr. Frank's are our two favorite Keuka Lake wineries!!

Sour, secondary fermentation in bottle, not like tasting room sample.
