Light with red cherry abound, but robust enough (or maybe it was all the cherry) to pair alongside a deep all-day chili in the campground. A funny pairing but the cherry with its own earthy spices popped alongside the rich beef and poblano chili.

Started off with a hint of strawberries on the nose which gave way to some black pepper spice after an hour decanted. Drinking very nicely right now.
