When Kermit Lynch creates a cuvée named after you (ok, so it's purely a coincidence), you buy it. When it's only $12/bottle, you purchase a lot of it. Red brambly fruit, dry grippy tannins, a little dirt on the finish. I'm quite impressed, but with Cypress in the name, it's hard not to be!

Oct 10th, 2016Dry, medium body, med-high tannins. Earthy, almost dirt-like with hint of spice and blueberry. Has a weird finish that I can't pinpoint.
