Jun 5th, 20221 hour decant. An inspiring inky ruby red color. On the nose: dark fruit, pine tree, earthy, floral. Taste: kaboom goes the BlackBerry, pencil lead, orange peel, some coffee.. with a nice rich mouthfeel and a black cherry tar medium plus finish. Fine tannins still kicking, will give it just a little more time for next bottle.
