Esoterica North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon

Starts warm, hearty and bold but ends with a bit of a bite. Not my favorite but a great red with your everyday dinner.

This wine is drinking beautifully right now. Has matured and evolved into a beautiful example of North coast can. The tannins have dropped away and now the wine just exhibits beautiful fruit with a little dust and cocoa powder there hint of vanilla and the slightest menthol hint on the end, but at the same time not overblown not overly sweet not overly thick.

Smooth and ready to drink. Great with steak!

Totally delicious, smooth, balanced, and complex. Fruity vanilla oak notes.

Nice but quite jammy. Needs some more time.

Burgundy red with long legs, Well balanced dark fruit flavors with vanilla hints tapering to a fine tart tannin bite. Excellent pairing with lamb stew.

Delicious!! Not tanniny, but full, robust and flavorful, with dark fruits and jammy texture. Loved it!!
