Vintner's Reserve Santa Barbara County Syrah

Raisin, currents, plum. Juicy red berries on the nose. Silky with a taste of vanilla at the end. Very enjoyable.

Solid bottle of wine with nice dark fruit and deep oak.

2014. Delicious

This is such a smooth, juicy Syrah with hints of fresh spice. Full-bodied with supple tannins and a long finish will make this wine one to return to again and again.

Tasty full bodied syrah with a hint of bite, and a very slight molasses sweetness.

I like blends but decided to try this Syrah and the taste is really delicious. Fruit forward tannins, and a nice woody finish. It is much more like a cab than an merlot or pinot. I think you’re going to like it too. #excellent after opening and letting it air.

Jam and sugar nose. Smokey flavor, dry, jam with bitter finish

Lots of green pepper or okra on the nose, some black pepper and fruit on the palate. Pretty good body but not too tannic. Not bad for KJ. Just not terribly complex.

Yummmm, smooth and the right amount of flavor

Meh. Tastes a bit like an old tire.
