Delicious and incredibly smooth. Black cherry and violet with slight blackberry flavors. The 9 months of aging in mostly French oak imparts a wonderful vanilla and slight spice nuance. Paired wonderfully with salmon.

Not my favorite, wouldn't buy again. Can't identify exactly the bit that I'm not enjoying but the initial reaction is sweet and fruity smells like an overly sweet twizzler. it's followed by a very distinct medicinal taste. Unnatural
