The nose is black currant, meat, and kind of heat. The palate is meaty too. Quite the beefcake there ! Salt too, an acid backbone to drive all this but a lack of fruit in my opinion. The finish is salty and quite lasting actually. Well... not what i expected. Where’s the fruit ?

Upfront dill and sandalwood. Mild tannins. Beautifully oaky nose. Would be great with smoked fish.
