Color of different shades of purple, with blue and gray tone on the rim. Quite dark considering she is a Pinot Noir. Nose of nice dried strawberry, fragrant aldehyde, prune, a bit tobacco leaves. The nose keep coming. Taste follows the nose with addition of ample acidity and refined sweetness, dark fruits like cherry and plums, a tiny bit black pepper, ripe grapes, a bit oak, and refreshing zest. Aftertaste is long and clean. Packed with flavors.
