So many layers of fresh, fruit, funk, and flavor- not your overly stinky wooly Chenin, more elegant, linear, with a turn for the herbaceous on the finish. Like peach/tarragon/olive candy, if that makes any sense. I'm in love with this wine.

100% Chenin Blanc. The pinnacle of what can be considered to be the finest expression of the grapes of this varietal - an icon chenin. Rich, layered with dried apricot, vanilla and honey. It will gain additional complexity with cellaring. Quite Bugundian in style.
