Pop and pour, notes from 24 hrs open. Wow, this is stunning now. On the nose: loads of perfume, cola, sweet red fruit. On the palate: fantastic acidity, good density, raspberry coulis, cola, spice, fruit, velvety tannin on the finishm. Absolutely lovely now, but loads of potential for the future.

Waited impatiently 4 weeks post arrival to open this...like my last 18 OR PN (the Thomas), this is another excellent btl.

Wow. Decanted...notes from 2 hrs in a wide-bottom decanter. On the nose: mulberry leaf, plum, soft vanilla, building with air, soft herbal notes, wild strawberry...just keeps developing. On the palate: fantastic acidity. a soft ferric note, then pomegranate, and a fantastic density without weight that morphs into a very intense, but finely grained and, nevertheless soft. tannic finish...the velvet glove. This is excellent now, but will undoubtedly improve with time in btl. I want to give comparisons, but I look back on wines like the 12 Scott Paul Audrey. I would like to give a burgundy comparison, but that seems silly for a wine like this: **Fantastic** OR PN.
