Jul 3rd, 2023I fkd up the pairing. Indian food too overpowering. Saved and drank it for dessert. Dank red fruit, fruit forward. Distinctive. Dusty cherry juice. . Next bottle will pair with roasted chicken & morel cream sauce.

WOTD at a dinner with Kelley Fox in Chicago. Bright, bracing, vibrant for such a young wine. Powered by electric acidity with sweet strawberry, black cherry and baking spices. Long, lingering finish... lovely with green chili perk shoulder. And Kelley Fox is so funny in person.
