A bottle I have been looking for in my storage for quite awhile and finally found last night. A little Bordeaux blend for after dinner conversation. Thought this wine would have been more evolved with nearly 10 years in bottle. Still very youthful. The texture round and silky, dark currants, loads of baking spices; vanilla, cinnamon clove and a dash of nutmeg. Mocha, chocolate, soft, understated, dark top soils and earth with fresh & withering dark florals. @PlateAndBottle
