Very pretty notes of apple, pear, honeysuckle, preserved lemon and white pepper on the nose. Palate presents a slight prickle, with a pervasive but clean acidity. Medium bodied, dry, and quaffable. Added some to the pan while cooking a salmon filet with lemon and rosemary. Great pairing.

Mosel, acidity first rang by bell but seemed to mellow with 2nd glass and warmer temp. Solid but less minerality than I like. KL??
