Vintage 2007 | these are the nice surprises… this bottle was not in my cellar administration… found in a corner of the cellar. Gold colour. Honeyed smell with minerals. Fine acidity. Good concentration. Paired with fried cod (kibbeling) and celery.

Vintage 2006 | Pfalz riesling. Gr. Gewachs. Old golden colour, hay, hints of passion fruit, taste with a lot of citrus, vibrant and lovely. Paired with a vegetable aspic and afterwards pasta.

Forster Pechstein 2006 Gr Gewachs Riesling, quite intruiging smell of apricot and wool, hay and butter. Crisp taste, very nice.
