Shy on the nose with some white peach, quince gelée, ripe lime. On the palate this opens up showing the beautiful contradiction of Riesling. This is rich yet tightly wound around a core of mineral acidity. Around this are layers of peach & lemon with a pinch of spicy herbs. Poised and with depth. A very, very nice one.
