Lovely! Great structure and complex flavors. Wonderful peach and apricot with hints of lemon. Surprising amount of mineral notes which really added to the drinking experience. Definitely will be drinking this again.

Appearance: pale straw, clear.
Nose: low intensity, youthful, with butter and caramel.
Taste: dry, medium-bodied, fresh acidity, low dry tannins with very mild notes of butter, pear, and saline, and a short finish.

Peachy, flowery nose with an undertone of wet pottery - almost nutty, but not from oak. Lovely acidity and very saline. An interesting wine.
