Whoa. Super interesting. 90% Xinomavro 10% Assyrtiko. Full bodied with very fine bubbles. Cherry blossom. Earth.

Unique Greek Sparkler made from Xinomavro (90%) and Assyrtiko (10%) grapes. Made in the traditional method. Fruity Pear and Apple nose. Pear and white peach on the pallet with a creamy texture. Mineral driven with loads of tiny bubbles. Crisp acidity and great pallet cleanser. Bright and refreshing! A two glass wine.
