The somm "lights out"

Incredibly youthful. Manages to keep balance despite being a BIG wine. Decadent stuff that's hard not to enjoy, even if you don't like this style of Napa Cab. Did I mention the wine was big?

If the Rock made a wine, it would probably be this. Nothing subtle or underlying. This wine is in your face, sexy, blowing a decent amount of vanilla laced blueberries. Complexity is average, but this is all about the next 5-10 years.

I don't drink much Cali cab, but wonderfully polished wine!

Ripe yet balanced Napa cab, super-rich color and extraction, and brilliant with our grilled ribeye steaks.
