Kamotsuru Shuzu
Tokusei Gold Daiginjo Rice
Not as smooth as Ooyama, but still pretty good. Comes with 2 gold Sakura flowers. Goes well with apples.

Jan 14th, 2015Drank at Mizutani in Tokyo. Went perfectly with sushi. Just sweet enough to carry the salinity and vinegar of their rice.

May 30th, 2016After President Obama drank this sake with Prime Minister Abe while having dinner in Tokyo, it became known as "The Presidential Sake".
Made in Hiroshima Prefecture, the clean crisp flavor goes extremely well with sushi or sashimi. Complete with Gold flakes for health and prosperity, everyone should try it at least once. I first tried it last year at the Hiroshima Sake Festival.
