A Wine Access Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, which based on the description is very likely made by Antica. Lures you in with aromas of black currant, alongside tertiary notes of graphite, cedar & violets. A quite well-balanced palate with medium tannins that is full of black fruits moving into a luscious finish reminiscent of cocoa nibs & blueberries. While it was excellent right after being opened (& aerated) I must say that my last sip of the night was my favorite. A perfect pairing with reverse seared filet mignon! ($20) [5/30/21]
