Reserve Niagara Escarpment Syrah

The nose is incredible. Can smell the pepper and red fruits like blackberries. On first sip, could really taste the blackberries. A bit tannin forward, which was nice. There is a hint of vanilla that comes through. It's pretty solid wine.

Ruby colour
Fruity, red currant, strawberry, acid , smooth vanilla and oak, green pepercorn.

Dark purple
nose of spices and peppery, dark fruis, prune and some green peppers corn.
Smoky, pepper, acid, salty, low tannins,
Great with grilled pork and Italian hot sausage
