A strange wine. One of my guests asked whether it was really wine. Honey, molasses, cardamom to start, followed by citrus and pineapple to finish. Complex and still fresh after all these years. But that does not mean it is good. Almost red in color. I don’t know what food it would pair with. Maybe meat dishes having fruit in them or spicy Indian food. An odd one.
