Ka' Manciné is a tiny estate located on the south eastern slopes in western Liguria, in the Rossese di Dolceacqua DOC, almost on the border of France. Light ruby color, subtle hints of cherry and fig like, earthy and antique. The soft acidity lingers then finishes with a spicy freshness.

Water-clear, almost bluish pink-red color, smells of clean linens and fine herbs, flavors of washed cranberry skins and tiny bush berries with an absolutely confounding savory candy-apple/acid finish that’s just lovely, and persistent. golly.

With a jewel like glance; cherry, baking spice and a white pepper nose tempt this luscious red. On the palate cherry softens into a earthy neutral hints of mushroom and soft spices. Wow!
