Robust raspberry and blueberry up front, juicy and saturated. Mid palate yields dried figs, herbs, smoky campfire, softened tannins, touch of new oak but well integrated. Overall this wine is supremely enjoyable, but the price? The points? I decanted this baby for about 5 hours, and yes, it’s quite good. But I don’t think it approaches the elegance or depth I would expect from this price point.

First wine of the night and going with a real rockstar winemaker - true WA Syrah - it can sing and love the color taste and smell - finish can improve but just opened and poured - I think it will improve

Great starter wine and smiles for everyone

Oh yes it's Saturday night

This is a smooth easy to drink vintage. There are nice fruit notes without a strong aroma. Tannins may soften over time, but they are not strong now.

Wine of the year for me. Licorice and spice. Great nose. Almost a perfect wine.
