Rock Garden Syrah

Jammy Shiraz with thick baked earth under notes, fine grained tannins. Nice level of evolving complexity and definitely full bodied. Amplified the garlic, mint glazed bbq lamb chops!

Hate to give it this high score but it was just awesome with our bbq ribs, beans and coke slaw. Vibrantly spicy, earthy, complex, and lingering.
