Fresh apple on the nose, creamy texture on the palate with lots of fine bubbles, hints of mineral apple and pear with a dry finish. Served with "Shrimp Baha Corn and Bean" sauteed jumbo shrimp, poblano peppers, cilantro, tomatoes, whole corn, black beans and limes with heat from plenty of crushed red pepper.

Actually one of the really good tasting champagnes that isn’t too dry or sweet. Great combo of both. Recommended by guy at Cambridge Wine and Spirits.
