Paso Robles, Central Coast, California, USAAn interesting Paso Robles Cabernet. Lots of dark berries, earthiness and spice on the palate. Very nicely structured with a great tannic backbone that is sleek an elegant. A very good wine in my opinion.

Complex wine high in tannins and a 15% alcohol content. Drinks well now and will only improve over time. Paired with a filet and baked potatoe and salad. Well done by Justin!
