Würzburger Stein Riesling Erste Lage

One of my favorite wine all over. Complex and long, super fresh but very well balanced acidity. Hard to describe the nose but fresh and a bit thick with some lemon peel but fresher. Very energized taste, fresh, balanced some citrus and maybe a bit of goose perry, a lot of minerals and wet stone, a bit of saltiness from the sea. Nearly a bit carbonated feeling since it is so happy. A bit of lime too and a long complex bitterness in the after taste. An awesome wine, nice on its own but even better with some fish with butter where the acidity is singing together with the fat and fsihness. Also goes well with some sour milk which is usually hard.
