Vaxy, yellow fruit like honey Mellon, some petroleum that disappears in the glass. Pretty fat and thick. Feeling of a sweet wine but not sweet. Good but probably even better with some fish — 6 years ago

Würzburger Stein Riesling Erste Lage 2017
One of my favorite wine all over. Complex and long, super fresh but very well balanced acidity. Hard to describe the nose but fresh and a bit thick with some lemon peel but fresher. Very energized taste, fresh, balanced some citrus and maybe a bit of goose perry, a lot of minerals and wet stone, a bit of saltiness from the sea. Nearly a bit carbonated feeling since it is so happy. A bit of lime too and a long complex bitterness in the after taste. An awesome wine, nice on its own but even better with some fish with butter where the acidity is singing together with the fat and fsihness. Also goes well with some sour milk which is usually hard. — 7 years ago

Very much Blackberry on the nose, deep a bit closed sensation at first. With air and time it opens up and is a wellbalanced tanniner sour treat with lots of fruit, dry aftertaste. Love it and also Great with matured hard cheeses — 3 years ago

Vaxy and different, many fruits but not a special stands out, not so much citrus more thick layers of yellow and green vegetables and riped apples. I would like it with some kind of fish in sauce. Long aftertaste and for sipping when the days gets shorter. Might age well but nice now. Round with the distinctive nose of tokaji. — 6 years ago

Beautiful velvet purple to dark red colour with tears. Smells shy of the woods with a hind of sweetness from berries. The taste is wonderful soft but with tannins all dry, very young with some acidity but spritz, pops in the mouth and feel alive. Juice and broad, less natural and earthy compared to the 2020 — 3 years ago

Extremely nice autumn wine, dark fruit with wood and all the warm blue fruitiness in like a compost but not sweet just a perfect rioja to warm you when the night is dark and cold. So good and full, the mouthfell is round and kind of sweet too — 6 years ago
