Vintage 2017 / #Domina is a crossing of #spätburgunder and #blaueportugieser Most of these grapes grow in #Franken and #Ahr Germany. Very dark colour, at first it seems very quaffable and a bit frivolous. After a few minutes in the glass also tones of spices. / Partnered it with turkey liver and salad. At restaurant Vogelsburg in Volkach.
