A typical Alsatian nose, with a summer meadow in full bloom, orchard apples, a touch of peach. There’s also a rocky, mineral saline whiff.
On the palate this remains focused, linear and pure. There’s round fruity richness yet there’s also great tension & energy, too. Beautifully balanced and lip smacking delicious!
