I opened this last night but it was too closed (for me) to evaluate. 24 hours later it’s a bit more forthcoming, with the nose showing super-fresh apple and orchard fruit, beautifully pure slatey minerality (yes I know it’s not grown on slate), and a faint honeysuckle note. Bone dry, it’s very minerally and crisp in the mouth. Good acids and a medium-long finish. 9.2 now. Maybe higher in a few years.
