This is Crazy 8 vineyard. A 3 acre vineyard in Yountville near the Silverado trail. This may be one of the best current vintage Napa cabs I’ve ever had. It’s a monster reminiscent of stags leap fruit- dark motor oil. Blackberries. Plush yet resolved. Rich, smooth, distinctive. In a line up of highly regarded Beckstoffer vineyard cabs, this blew them away. At $260, this is a steal. Incrediblely impressive
