Sexy aligoté. Bruised yellow apple aroma speaks to the slightest bit of oxidation. This, too, also had a reductive quality with other flavors that is so awesome when you have it with oxidation. To me this wine is like a maconnais chard with lots of elevage (valette) crossed with an Anjou chenin (Leroy or Courlaut).
