Clean Apple and very mineral nose. Smells crispy. So clean and precise. Palate is ripe but also has tons of acid and a blanket of minerality frames the finish. Clean, pure and precise. Not your average gutswein.

Crisp clean nose. Limstoney. Very mineral. Lovely nose. So detailed. Palate is rich yet super racey and precise. Good juiciness and serious mineral spread on the palate. Nice length.

Nose of tropical fruit on first pour, but evolved to apple/pear rubbed onto granite, hint of salinity on the finish. Super fresh and approachable, this is a crazy Pinot Blanc priced at $20. I can't wait to see how this evolves tonight and over the next couple of years.

Welll that’s a lovely wine. Powdered stone and faraway canned pineapple a bit but lean. This feels nicely spiky and energetic a bit. Makes me excited to try the Spatburgunder

Lovely melon and apple and floral notes. Pez candy mineral and, bright acidity. Good length.
