On the palate flavors of peach, guava, lime and pear fruit with floral and some floral tones, lively acidity adding wet stones. Medium+ finish ending, slight citrus, with fruit, herbal, floral and salty mineral notes. Nice! Not a typical NZ SB, very muted letting aromas and flavors mixing well together. Screw cap!
